Business Delivery Analysts
This role is responsible for partnering with our customers in order to ensure we’re delivering to their expectations. This is an integrated role that encompasses BA, test, trainer, SDM, product or solutions specialist and project analyst. It really is a unique role and one that reflects the young, growing and flexible nature of our company that’s executing agile processes everyday.
The Business Delivery Analyst plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy relationships for Axos Systems by acting as the link between our internal teams and our external customers and suppliers.
The successful person in this role will be able to demonstrate experience in:
Working effectively within diverse project environments
Taking a lead on Axos Systems projects ensuring we’re delivering to expectations
Eliciting requirements & writing user stories
Interacting with developers and testing changes
Managing releases & deployments
Writing process documentation and conducting user training
Working with dispersed project and customer teams
To be successful in this role you will have proven customer relationship management and effective internal and external customer communication skills gained from within project environments. Electricity industry experience is advantageous. Experience in a business analyst type of role along with testing capability are also important.
